Hi, I'm Georgia. I created The Women’s Muscle Clinic because I believe women deserve a different conversation about their health - one that looks beyond weight and focuses on the things that matter for long-term health, strength and independence.

My work is grounded in a simple belief:
Health is about so much more than a number on the scales.
Throughout their lifecycle, women experience significant changes to their bodies. Yet, nutrition and health conversations often remain focused on weight loss. I wanted to create a space that equips women with the knowledge and strategies to focus on what can be built instead.
At The Women's Muscle Clinic, we translate your unique body composition data into individualised, practical health strategies. Therefore, each and every individual consultation includes a complimentary body composition scan to track your progress toward becoming a stronger and healthier version of you.
Alongside my clinical work, I am currently completing a PhD to explore how we can encourage more conversations about women's muscle health in GP and allied health clinics, educate women on the relationship between muscle and health outcomes, and prevent sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass and strength with age).
Whether you are navigating the menopause transition, looking to build or preserve muscle, or simply wanting to invest in your health for the decades ahead, our approach will provide you with the guidance to start taking action and sustain changes long-term.
